Hi, I'm Mo ...
Nice to meet you.

I'm a fully qualified counsellor (Diploma in Counselling Level 5) and an integrative person-centred therapist, which means I use a range of counselling techniques and approaches to suit your needs. I offer a safe, supportive and confidential relationship that enables my clients to feel listened to, accepted and understood.

Prior to working as a therapist, I was a driving instructor, working with young people and adults alike. I also have experience as a classroom teacher. These roles have given me a varied set of life experiences, enabling me to connect easily with people from all walks, ages and stages of life.

Life is often difficult or complex, the causes of our problems can evolve due to many factors. You may be feeling anxious, lonely, powerless or frustrated. You may be feeling unhappy, wanting to change but finding it difficult to connect with yourself or others. Are these issues holding you back from living a fulfilling or significant life? There are times when we need to be listened to by someone who cares and is willing to explore how you are feeling with you. Sometimes it can be easier to talk to someone who is not directly involved in your situation.

Together, we will explore present day issues that are troubling you. Working at your pace, we will find a better way of coping, find a new direction and make more positive choices for your life.

The exciting process of self exploration helps to identify and change the patterns that are having a negative effect on your life. You will gain a greater sense of control through understanding your emotions and making changes to your thinking and behaviour patterns. Together we will embark on your quest towards fruitful revelation.
